My work is shaped by many years of experience as a manager and head of international projects in various companies and industries, and my diverse background and education and trainings allow me to recognize and connect different perspectives and needs across hierarchies and to utilize them through co-creative interventions.
I support my clients in discovering their potential, increasing their ability to innovate and promoting self-renewal skills in order to successfully achieve their individual goals.
My work is based on systemic, resource- and solution-focused principles that are designed to further develop the ability of the organization and its people to increasingly shape future changes themselves.
In my approach, I combine tried and tested cognitive and intuitive methods to promote self-knowledge and self-efficacy and to develop sustainable, responsible and effective solutions.
